30-Day Return Window

 


We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

 

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Not be a final-sale or non-returnable item (see below)

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

 


For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Personal care items

  • Intimates

  • Clearance items marked final sale

  • Customised or personalised products

 


If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.


 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 


We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


 

Return Shipping Costs

 

 

  • If the return is due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • If we made an error or the item is faulty, we cover all return shipping costs.

 


 

Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.


Please note:

 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a discount was used, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.

 


 

Exchanges

 


We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return your existing item and place a new order.
